DCTV's ConnecTV program has 4 main goals:

• To train each program participant in the fundamental job skills of television production and encourage each inidividual to specialize in their favorite area.

• Provide Segment Producers with consistent access to the technological means to make their own short documentaries and TV segments.

• Assist them in producing their own original TV series that will include input from people with disabilities participating from other remote locations.

• Provide a forum through the website where people with disabilities can communicate with each other.
